1. Book through an Orlando Vacation Home management company- Over the years, I have heard people say that if you can rent directly through the condo owner you will get a better deal than if you went through a management company. Well, yes the management company does take a commission for putting bookings into a home; however, the savings of going through the owner directly are usually quite minimal for we usually negotiate a pretty low wholesale rate with the owner to begin with.

The main problem with booking directly through the owner is what happens if there is a problem. Managing a vacation home is probably not the owner’s full time job and usually they do not even live Orlando so if you have a problem it is extremely hard for them to come up with a logical solution.

2. Book Early- If you know you are coming to Disney World go ahead and put your deposit down on the Disney World condo. If the price should happen to decrease latter on give us a call and we will be more than happy to match that rate. Keep in mind, we put the bookings in our nicest homes first so it behooves you to make your plans early

3. Stay in a Vacation Home Sub-division- The one sub-division we recommend here at Condotels is Venetian Bay Resort. Most of the homes in this sub-division are rented out to only vacationers desiring to visit Disney World. This sub-division also has five huge swimming pools, five playgrounds, a really nice clubhouse.

4. Make your reservation over the phone- Don’t be afraid to give us a call and ask us questions…after all this is why we have a toll free number. If a management company will not give you straight answers then you should not do business with them.
